First, if you have a need to consider refunds and returns, you likely ordered a product from us. Which means we owe you a "thank you!" Nothing makes us happier than making someones day, and as such we promise to do our very best to deliver an amazing product and customer experience, and rest assured, to make right any hiccups along the way. That said, below are some things you might want to know.

Shipping Policy

Please find all the necessary information on our shipping policy. 

We work with USPS, UPS, and DHL to ship your orders. The cost for shipping varies based on order weight and location, which is calculated at checkout and based on shipping speed.

We do our best to fulfill all shipments in 48 hours of placed order. Due to COVID-19, please expect delays.

Returns & Exchanges

Please find all the necessary information on our returns and exchange policy. **Note, NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES at this time as everything is FINAL SALE.

Please email our customer support team at help@humankindswim.com and they will be able to assist you. 

No, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for international orderrs. 

All returns or exchanges must be received within 14 days of the delivery date in unused, pristine condition with original tags attached. Any signs of use, and the product will not be eligible for a return or exchange. 

Humankind Swim offers free returns and exchanges, up to one time per order. 

Final Sale

Our limited-edition Pride Box is final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. 

All orders placed after 6/1/2020 are final sale. We're clearing out our closet to make room for a new collection. If the size you ordered does not fit, unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges.
