Here at Humankind, our products are made with love and the utmost craftsmanship. If you aren't 100% satisfied, please reach out.

First, if you have a need to consider refunds and returns, you likely ordered a product from us. Which means we owe you a "thank you!" Nothing makes us happier than making someones day, and as such we promise to do our very best to deliver an amazing product and customer experience, and rest assured, to make right any hiccups along the way. That said, below are some things you might want to know.

FULFILLMENT

Orders placed before 1pm (PST) will be dispatched on the same day. Monday to Friday, except on national US holidays (July 4th, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year's Day). We do not deliver to P.O. Box, BFPO or Freight Forwarding addresses.

Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will ship out the following Monday.

Humankind will only refund the cost of delivery if your order is incorrect or if the item has a defect. If the item has a defect when you receive it, please notify us within 7 days of receipt.

 

US DOMESTIC SHIPPING & RETURNS

We work with USPS and UPS to ship your orders. The cost for shipping varies based on order weight, which is calculated at checkout and based on shipping speed.

If you would like to make a return or exchange, please contact customer service at help@humankindswim.com to receive a return label and/or process and exchange. All returned suits must be received within 14 days of the delivery date in unused, pristine condition with original tags attached and hygienic liners intact.

Humankind offers free return shipping on all orders. Original shipping charges are not refunded when the order has been returned.

A return label will be supplied if requested.
